§ 90.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   If a citation is issued, whoever violates any provision of §§ 90.20 through 90.29 shall be subject to a civil penalty of $100.
      (2)   For violations of §§ 90.20 through 90.29, a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.

   (B)   Every person, firm, corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship who violates any provision of § 90.30 shall be subject to a civil penalty of $250 for the first offense and $500 for the second and all subsequent offenses.

   (C)   (1) Whoever violates any provision of this §§ 90.40 through 90.45 shall be subject to a civil penalty of $250 for the first violation thereof, and $500 for the second and all subsequent violations. A separate violation shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
      (2)   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be issued a citation by a city police officer setting forth the violation committed, the date, time and location of the violation, and inform the violator that he or she has 10 days after being issued the citation to pay the penalty at the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer, or the violator will summoned into court.

   (D)   (1)   Guns/weapons. Whoever violates any provision of § 90.60 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $10.

      (2)   False alarms. Whoever violates any provision of § 90.61 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $25.

      (4)   Disturbing of peace. Whoever violates any provision of § 90.64 shall be fined not more than $10.

   (E)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
