§ 90.61 GIVING FALSE ALARM IN PUBLIC PLACE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to strike a match, or to cry out "fire" in a church, hall or theater, while the church, hall or theater is occupied by a public assemblage, or to utter any cry tending to create a panic in the city.
