§ 90.20  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   HEAVY TRASH.  Any discarded matter which cannot be adequately placed or wrapped in commercially manufactured plastic garbage or trash bags because of its size or weight and shall include but not necessarily be limited to appliances, water heaters, furniture, mattresses, box springs, bicycles, furnace or air conditioning units, metal duct or pipe, large tree limbs, all other items which are either too large or too heavy to be securely wrapped in bags as described above herein. Specifically excluded from this definition are tires, rocks and building or construction materials such as roofing, bricks, concrete blocks, lumber and automotive parts.
   TRASH or GARBAGE.  Any discarded matter including but not necessarily limited to household refuse, paper, glass, food containers, edible food or portions thereof, waste materials, cut grass, weeds or tree limbs or leaves, wrappings, metal items or other items of personal property.
