(A) This subchapter shall not be enforced against any person or persons engaged in burning of any type of charcoals, woods or other type of combustible product for the purpose of cooking, home heating or social activities of school, fraternal or church organizations.
(B) These regulations shall not be enforced against any person who first gives written notice to the City of Brazil and the city fails to pick up trash, refuge, foliage, branches, leaves and other waste materials within 5 days of notice.
(C) This exclusion from prohibition does not pertain to persons engaged in business within the corporate limits of the City of Brazil at his or her place of business, or an employee thereof.
