§ 90.60  FIRING GUN WITHIN CITY; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   It is declared unlawful for any person to fire any gun or pistol in the city.
   (B)   This provision shall not be construed to extend to any police officer, nor to any peace officer while in the performance of any duty in pursuance of any ordinance, or in obedience to any law of the state.
