Every person, firm, corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship engaged in the business of hauling, carrying and/or collecting trash, debris, garbage, or rubbish from commercial, industrial, and/or business entities (including apartments) that lies adjacent to any property zoned for R-1, R-2, or R-3 uses or any property that is zoned T but whose use is that of a residential nature, shall conduct the business within the city's corporate limits between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. The business shall not be conducted after 10:00 p.m. or before 6:00 a.m.
