The clerk shall prepare and maintain a council agenda, subject to modification by the mayor, council, or the city administrator, and forward copies to such officials or persons as directed.
19.16 ASSIST CITY ADMINISTRATOR.
The clerk shall provide information and staff support to the city administrator in related areas as requested by the city administrator.
19.17 TREASURER.
The clerk is the treasurer of the city and performs all those duties required of the treasurer by section 18.03.
