31.01 FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER.

   The Center for the City shall be officially referred to as the Goldthwaite Garvey Family Resource Center. It is referred to in this chapter as the Center.

31.02 GOVERNANCE BOARD.

   The Governance Board of the Center, hereinafter referred to as the Board, consists of five (5) voting resident members. All members are to be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Council. In addition there shall be three (3) ex-officio members as follows: City Administrator/Clerk and two (2) representatives of the tenants.
