§ 111.28 FURNISHING INTOXICANTS TO PERSONS UNDER THE INFLUENCE.
   It shall be unlawful for any licensee, officer, associate, member, agent, representative or employee of such licensee to give or deliver any alcoholic liquor or intoxicating beverage to a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

§ 111.29 SOLICITING DRINKS AND PROSTITUTION.
   It shall be unlawful for anyone to solicit another for a drink and prostitution is prohibited.

§ 111.30 OBSCENE ACTS AND ENTERTAINMENT.
   It shall be unlawful to permit the following conduct in licensed premises:
   (A)   Performance of acts, or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or other sexual acts;
   (B)   The actual or simulated touching, caressing fondling of the breasts, buttocks, pubic hair, anus, vulva or genitals;
   (C)   The actual or simulated display of the breasts, buttocks, pubic hair, anus, vulva or genitals;
   (D)   Permitting any person to remain upon licensed premises who exposes to the public view any portion of his or her breasts, buttocks, pubic hair, genitals, vulva or anus;
   (E)   No fashion shows shall be permitted at which male or female undergarments, bathing suits or lingerie is displayed on human bodies; and/or
   (F)    No person shall sell or offer for sale or offer, as a prize for a raffle, any clothing that constitutes male or female undergarments, bathing suits or lingerie.

§ 111.31 LIVE ENTERTAINMENT ON LICENSED PREMISES.
   Live entertainment shall only be allowed on premises where the proper license is displayed.

§ 111.32 DISORDERLY PERSONS AND CONDUCT; REPORT.
   (A)   Every licensee shall immediately report to the police any act by any person or patron rendering himself or herself objectionable, causing undue noise or disturbance, breach of peace, unusual conduct or a person with a firearm, knife, bludgeon or deadly instrument.
   (B)   No person licensed under the provisions of this subchapter shall suffer any loud or boisterous talking, or obscene or profane language, quarreling, singing, fighting or other disturbance of persons passing along any street or public square in the vicinity thereof or to the disturbance of the peace and quiet of persons doing business or residing in the neighborhood thereof.

§ 111.33 ATTIRE OF EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR WORKERS.
   (A)   All persons or employees working within a licensed establishment shall be decently clothed.
   (B)   Topless, swimwear, lingerie or similar type of attire is hereby prohibited.

§ 111.34 SANITARY CONDITIONS.
   All premises used for the retail of alcoholic liquor or for the storage of such liquor for such sale shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and shall be kept in full compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the ordinance regulating the condition of premises used for the storage or sale of food for human consumption.
