Any person, group of persons, partnership, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $1,000, for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues. In addition, the Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall have the power to revoke, non-renew or suspend licenses granted under this chapter pursuant to its provisions.
