JUNK DEALERS
§ 116.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUNK DEALER. Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or other entity who collects, procures, obtains and/or sells items which have been discarded, thrown away or set out for collection by the city’s Sanitation Department or any other garbage collection service.

§ 116.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   Every junk dealer shall obtain a license from the City Clerk and pay as a fee for said license the sum of $25.
