It shall be unlawful to sell, or offer for sale, at retail any alcoholic liquor in the city, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday the hours shall be 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Sunday the hours shall be 3:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., except as provided herein. A class M license may sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor in the city between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
