(A) (1) It shall be unlawful for any owner, agent or employee of any premises to knowingly allow any person under the age of 21 years to violate any provisions of this chapter.
(2) It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian to knowingly suffer or permit any person under the age of 21 years of which he or she may be the parent or guardian to violate any provisions of this chapter.
(B) No person under the age of 21 shall be permitted within the premises of any liquor establishment licensed for the consumption of alcohol on the premises, other than restaurants or banquet type facilities or, unless he or she is with his or her parents or legal guardian.
