1. Each application for a permit for an individual, commercial or community sewage disposal system shall be made to the Borough Office, or such officer as may be designated by them from time to time, and shall be accompanied by such fees as shall be established from time to time by resolution of Borough Council.[A.O.]
2. The applicant, subdivider or developer will be responsible for expenses incurred in the investigation, review and approval of information, data, maps, plans, designs, tests, excavation, and documents required for land development in the Borough including revisions and supplements to the official water and sewage plan as required by §18-209.
