§18-210.   Responsibilities of Subdivider or Developer.
   In the event a subdivider or developer does not provide the information, data, maps, plans, and other documents necessary for the revision of the official Water and Sewage Plan for the Borough, any expense incurred by the Borough in connection with said acquisition and revision shall be charged to the subdivider or developer, and said subdivider or developer will be legally responsible therefore.
