§10-105.   Penalty for Violation.
   Any person who shall neglect to remove, trim or cut any grass, weeds or other vegetation, as directed by, this Part, or who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any provision of a notice sent under the provisions of this Part, or who stall resist or obstruct the Borough Manager or any agent or employee of the Borough in the removal, trimming or cutting of any such grass, weeds or other vegetation, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a magisterial district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $1,000 plus costs together with reasonable attorney fees and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues or each Section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense. Provided: such fine and costs may be imposed and collected in addition to the cost of removal, trimming or cutting and the additional amount of 10 percent, imposed under §10-104.
