GENERAL PROVISIONS
(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, leave or dump any refuse of any kind on private premises in the village without the consent of the owner of such premises.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to dump, leave or deposit any refuse anywhere in the village, with or without the consent of the owner of the premises, which is or may be thrown about by the wind, which consists of garbage or any vegetable matter subject to decay, or which consists of flammable material so as to form a fire hazard.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to leave or deposit or abandon any cases, cartons, bottles, car bodies or similar articles anywhere in the village.
