§ 50.39 IMPLEMENTATION AND CONTINUATION OF PROGRAM REQUIRED.

Implementation of on-site Multi Family Structure Recycling Program shall be required as provided for in this subchapter. Such program shall be maintained in effect regardless of a change in scavenger, hauler or property ownership. Multi-family property owners shall be required to notify the village in writing within 30 days after a change in their choice of private scavenger.
