§ 50.05 LEAVES AND GRASS CLIPPINGS.
   (A)   Grass clippings, tree or brush trimmings.
      (1)   No leaves, grass clippings or tree trimmings shall be deposited in any street or gutter, or upon any curb.
      (2)   In order to be collected, grass clippings, tree or brush trimmings, shall be separately secured in designated yard waste bags from other garbage, refuse, or leaves.
      (3)   Collection shall be once per week from the front curb.
   (B)   Leaves.
      (1)   No leaves shall be deposited in any street, gutter, or upon any curb.
      (2)   In order to be collected, leaves shall be separately secured in a village-issued garbage bag or a commercially purchased biodegradable yard waste bag which has displayed thereon a “LEAVES” sticker purchased from the village.
      (3)   The “LEAVES” stickers shall be purchased from the Street Department or the Finance Department at a cost of $0.50 each.
      (4)   Leaves shall be picked up once per week from the front curb.
