§ 50.19 RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE RECEPTACLES.
   (A)   Every dwelling unit shall have its own refuse receptacles. It shall be the primary responsibility of the occupant to obtain and maintain such receptacles.
   (B)   In multiple dwelling units, it shall be the responsibility of the owner or manager of such units to see that all occupants have the required refuse receptacles and to report any violation thereof to the Health Officer.
