§ 50.03 DISPOSITION OF DEAD ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit anywhere in the village any uncovered pile of refuse, garbage, offal or carcasses of dead animals. The refuse must be buried at least two feet below the surface of the ground or otherwise properly disposed of. Any uncovered pile of refuse is hereby declared to be a nuisance. It shall be unlawful and is hereby declared a nuisance for any person, firm or corporation to burn any leaves, paper, rubbish or other substances upon any public or private property in the village, except upon such property as may be specifically designated for those purposes by the President and Board of Trustees.
