The North Carolina Electrical Code (North Carolina State Building Code, Volume IV, Electrical Systems), adopting by reference the National Electrical Code of the National Fire Protection Association, as adopted by the North Carolina Building Code Council, together with all supplements and amendments thereto, in full effect and having the force of law within the territorial jurisdiction of the city under the provisions of G.S. 143-138 et seq., is affirmed to be the electrical code for the city and is incorporated by reference in this section as fully and completely as if written verbatim in this section.
