This article is intended to provide a method to promote the public health, safety and welfare by providing an effective means for the regulation of snipe signs, as defined herein, thereby reducing visual clutter along roadway corridors and reducing the potential for driver distraction. This article is intended to supplement City Code section 7-18-5, but does not replace it.
