It shall be unlawful for any person or persons owning or having the care, management, or control of any billiard table, pool table, bowling alley, or any kind of gaming device to allow or permit any such games to be played or the room where such games are to be played to be open after 11:00 p.m. of any day or before 5:00 a.m. of any day, except Saturday, when said room shall close at 12:00 p.m.
