§ 111.25 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TRANSIENT MERCHANT. All persons, individuals, co-partners, or corporations both as principal or agent, who engage in or do or transact any temporary or transient business within the said incorporated town. Nothing in this subchapter shall prevent farmers or gardeners, living within a trade radius of 15 miles of the incorporated town, from selling their products in good faith, or commercial travelers engaged in selling to or soliciting orders from the retail merchants of the town.
