(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firms, partnerships, or corporations operating a room or place of business in the town under the provisions of this chapter, to place or maintain a screen or any kind of obstruction in said room or place of business which would prevent a full and unobstructed view of the premises from the front windows thereof.
(B) It shall be the duty of the proprietor or person or persons in charge of such premises at all times, to maintain clean and unobstructed front windows to said room or premises, and to maintain at all times such room or premises are open for business, such adequate interior lighting as will permit, at all times, clear and unobstructed vision of the entire room and/or premises from outside the front windows thereof.
