(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm, or corporation to keep within the limits of the town, for hire or pay, any billiard table, pool table, or bagatelle table, ball alley, ten pin alley, or any machine, device, or place of any kind for sport or games, without having first obtained a license therefor.
(B) License fees shall be paid as follows:
(1) For the first billiard table, bagatelle table, or pool table: $5 per annum;
(2) For each additional billiard, bagatelle, or pool table: $5 per annum;
(3) For each card table: $5 per annum;
(4) For each ball alley or ten pin alley: $5 per annum; and
(5) For all other machines, devices, or places of any kind for sport or games not specially enumerated: $5 per annum.

(C) All license fees payable hereunder shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer who shall issue said license when approved by the Town Council, and when the applicant shall exhibit upon request of any appropriate town officer the receipt of the Clerk-Treasurer, showing payment in full of the license fee required from said applicant.

(A) Every person, firm, or corporation wishing to obtain a license as required by § 113.01 shall apply in writing to the Town Council, setting forth the following:
(1) The number and names of all persons interested;
(2) The kind of business or following; and
(3) In all applications for license for a stationary or fixed business, the proposed place. Such place shall not be changed without an order passed by the Town Council.
(B) Such license shall not be transferable in any event, and no license shall be granted for a longer period than one year.
(C) All license fees shall be paid in advance for the year, and no person, firm, or corporation shall run or operate any of the sports or games covered by this chapter until said license has been granted and the fee paid.
