Pursuant to Sections 13510.1, 13512 and 13522 of the California Penal Code, all peace officer personnel employed in the Sheriff’s Department and the District Attorney’s Office will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
