161.01 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby created and established a City of Willoughby Hills Tree and Beautification Commission, which shall consist of seven members, comprised of the Mayor or his representative, the City Road Superintendent, a Member of Council who shall be appointed by Council, and four residents of this City who are electors, two appointed by the Mayor and two appointed by Council. (Ord. 1995-30. Passed 6-8-95.)
