Unless otherwise terminated by Council, the term of the member of Council shall coincide with the Council member’s tenure in office. The term of the Mayor and the term of the Road Superintendent shall coincide with their tenure in their respective office or position. The term of the first resident appointed by Council and the term of the first resident appointed by the Mayor each shall be for two years. The term of the second resident appointed by Council and the second resident appointed by the Mayor shall be for four years. Any resident subsequently appointed to the Commission shall be appointed to a term of four years.
