EDITOR’S NOTE: The City has contracted with the District Advisory Council of the Lake County General Health District and the Cities of Eastlake, Kirtland, Mentor, Mentor-on- the-Lake, Wickliffe, Willoughby and Willowick to form a new combined General Health District pursuant to the authority granted under Ohio R.C. 3709.07.
