An employee shall be a “full-time employee” when his or her work can be expected to occupy a minimum of forty hours per week every week throughout the year. Employees who are temporarily employed to fulfill seasonal need or vacancies created due to illness, injury or vacation of regular full-time employees shall not be considered full-time employees of this Village.
