Drive interconnectivity between property within this PUD and the property to the east is required in order to allow for the distribution of traffic to alternate public roads. At the time of final platting, an ingress/egress/cross access agreement shall be executed to allow for the adjoining parcel to connect to and utilize interior circulation drives within the PUD boundaries. At such time as directed by the city, the applicant shall work with the adjoining property to the east to identify and construct all drive interconnect locations. (Ord. 1721, 1-2-2007)
