The property had been previously rezoned from A-1 agricultural district R-1-A single-family residential district and R-1 single-family residential district to PUD planned unit development district by ordinance 926. Ordinance 1191 consolidated the provisions of ordinance 926 and the subsequent amendments, ordinance 951 and ordinance 984, and amended the Wistful Vista PUD to change the development standards for the portion of parcel C north of the overhead power line and associated easement, from commercial uses to office uses as allowed in parcel A. The amendment was consistent with the comprehensive plan adopted at the time of the approval of ordinance 1191. The purpose of this amendment is to change the land use designation of a portion of parcel A from office to high-density residential. Since parcel B, which is just north of the land that is to be changed to high- density residential is also high-density residential, the new parcel will be referred to as parcel B-2 with the original parcel B referred to as parcel B-1.
