Upon development of Parcels B, C, E, or H, Scenic Valley Drive shall be constructed for dedication to the City, from the west boundaries of Parcels E and H to Grand Avenue. Direct private driveway or roadway access to Grand Avenue shall be prohibited, except, use of existing agricultural driveway accesses may be maintained for continued farming operations within the area of The Preserve On Grand PUD described in section 001-01 of this ordinance.
