077-08: STREET RIGHT OF WAY:

Adequate street rights of way for the site's half of the adjacent public streets, as determined by the city, shall be dedicated to the city. Any necessary public utility easements and temporary construction easements shall also be dedicated. (Ord. 1647, 9-26-2005)
