001-07: BUILDING RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS AND COVENANTS:

The developer may with the approval of the City Council adopt building restrictions, easements and covenants pertaining to each area developed where the developer and the City deem appropriate. (Ord. 916, 7-23-1990; amd. Ord. 2098, 6-29-2015)
