A. Comply with the findings of the traffic studies.
B. 64th Street shall be constructed as a three (3) lane street.
C. All full access driveways locations will need to align with future driveways on the other side of the public streets and shall be coordinated with and concurrence given by abutting property owners. The proximity of the driveways to the public street intersections needs to be such that there is a free movement of traffic on the public street system. Driveways shall intersect the public street at ninety degree (90°) angles if possible.
D. Private streets shall be built to public street standards. Acknowledging in writing that a report certified by a third party recognized testing agency, acceptable to the city, shall be submitted to document the thickness and strength of the pavement, the subgrade compaction, compliance with the metro design standards for streets, and the standards listed in the West Des Moines "off street parking ordinance" for parking lots and driveways.
