A. Sanitary Sewer Access Easement: Prior to final plat recordation, an access agreement shall be executed allowing the city unrestricted access to the public sanitary sewer within the Jordan Creek Crossing II specific plan area. This easement should clearly state that the city is not responsible for restoration and/or replacement within the public sanitary sewer easement should the city need to excavate the public sewer for normal city operations (maintenance, repair, etc.).
B. Ingress/Egress Easement: Prior to final plat recordation, private ingress/egress easements for a future access connection drive to the adjoining west property shall be executed. (Ord. 1739, 3-26-2007)
