To provide logical and orderly development within the PUD, allowable street access locations are defined on the PUD plan. All development within the PUD shall comply with the allowable access locations indicated on the PUD plan.
The access points as shown on exhibit A on file in the city, sketch plan, of the PUD ordinance, are based upon the ultimate street configurations (medians, auxiliary turn lanes, etc.). Therefore, "offset" right-in/right-out locations (opposing right- in/right-out locations that do not directly align with each other) will not be allowed unless the applicable median is constructed. Any opposing right-in/right-out locations constructed prior to installation of applicable median shall be located to directly align with each other.
No direct access onto 88th Street, 92nd Street, 98th Street, Westown Parkway and the minor collector street located just north of the park/school site, between 88th Street and 98th Street, and the minor collector street located between Ashworth Road and Westown Parkway (realigned 88th Street) is permitted for the single-family residential lots.
