A. Comply with the findings of the final traffic study.
B. S. 64th Street may either be initially constructed as a three (3) lane street or a five (5) lane street with two-way left turn lanes. If the three (3) lane initial street is chosen, all the design details must incorporate the possible widening of S. 64th Street to a five (5) lane section in the future. These details include, but are not limited to, right of way, storm sewer location, sanitary sewer location, water main location, utility location, etc. The full cost of all necessary future widening for S. 64th Street between Coachlight Drive and Wistful Vista Drive will be assessed by the city per agreement and waiver.
C. All full access driveway locations will need to align with future driveways on the other side of the public streets and shall be coordinated with and concurrence given by abutting property owners. The proximity of the driveways to the public street intersections need to be such that there is a free movement of traffic on the public street system. Driveways shall intersect the public street at ninety degree (90°) angles if possible. (Ord. 1738, 3-26-2007)
