010-12: STREET RIGHTS OF WAY:

Adequate street rights of way shall be provided for the construction, reconstruction and widening of adjoining streets adjacent to, or within the S And F/Karp PUD. Said rights of way shall be dedicated to the city at the time of platting. (Ord. 1357, 4-19-1999)
