069-10: BUILDING RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, AND COVENANTS:

The developer shall, with the approval of the city council, adopt building restrictions, easements, and covenants pertaining to the property where the developer and the city deem appropriate. (Ord. 1573, 3-15-2004)
