The location of future 72nd Street will be determined as a result of coordination with the owner of parcel B and the owner of the adjacent property to the east and as a result of engineering design to determine a logical location. The final location of the 72nd Street alignment may necessitate that a portion of parcel B be reserved for street right of way.
If it is determined in the future that 72nd Street will be constructed between Woodland Avenue and Office Plaza Drive along the east property line of parcel B or it is determined that access from the parcels within this PUD desire access to 72nd Street, development within this PUD will participate appropriately in the cost of the construction of 72nd Street. Future access to 72nd Street is recommended to be provided along the common property line between parcel B and the adjoining property to the south and will be reviewed at the time the adjoining property develops, 72nd Street is constructed, or access to 72nd Street is contemplated.
