062-13: RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENTS:

Appropriate right of way easements for accommodating public utilities shall be established with the platting of any and all parcels within West Glen Town Center PUD. Maintenance responsibilities and city ingress/egress rights to said utilities shall be granted with any and all plats submitted. (Ord. 1514, 3-31-2003)
