Prior to approval of any plat within the West Glen Town Center PUD, the location of a secondary access either from Mills Civic Parkway or South Prairie View Drive shall be established. Prior to the approval of a plat for all or part of parcel G shall necessitate the connection of the development to South Prairie View Drive and Mills Civic Parkway. Such accesses shall be constructed prior to the issuance of any certificates of occupancy. (Ord. 1514, 3-31-2003)
