Said lots 11, 12, 13, and 14 of Bennett Acres, except the north five (5) feet, and; beginning at the southwest corner of said lot 15 of Bennett Acres; thence N 00°05'05" E, along the west line of said lot 15, a distance of 324.84 feet to a point on the south right-of-way line of Bennett Drive; thence S 89°23'06" E, along said right-of-way line, a distance of 76.93 feet; thence southeasterly, along said right-of-way line 41.26 feet along a 60.00 foot radius curve concave southwesterly having a long chord of 40.45 feet bearing S 69°41'05" E; thence northeasterly, along said right-of-way line, 112.92 feet along a 50.00 foot radius curve concave northwesterly having a long chord of 90.41 feet bearing N 65°18'55" E to a point on the centerline of said abandoned Bennett Drive; thence S 89°23'06" E, along the centerline of said abandoned Bennett Drive, a distance of 333.03 feet to a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of Fuller Road; thence S 45°10'12" W, along said northwesterly right-of-way line, a distance of 490.50 feet to the southeast corner of said lot 15; thence N 89°28'45" W, along the south line of said lot 15, a distance of 182.64 feet to the point of beginning.
