Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 2; thence North 00°00'00" east along the east line of the southeast 1/4 of said Section 2 a distance of 60.44 feet; thence South 83°06'49" west parallel with and 60.00 feet northerly of the south line of the southeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of said Section 2 a distance of 60.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence south 83°06'49" west along the northerly right of way line of Ashworth Road, as it is presently established, a distance of 648.81 feet; thence south 00°00'00" east a distance of 15.11 feet; thence south 83°06'49" west along the northerly right of way of said Ashworth Road a distance of 149.41 feet; thence north 00°12'17" west a distance of 681.18 feet to the south right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, as it is presently established; thence south 63°40'47" west along the said south right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad a distance of 886.84 feet to the west right of way line of Jordan Creek Parkway, as it is presently established; thence south 00°00'00" east along said west right of way line a distance of 177.14 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract of land contains 7.7295 acres more or less. Said tract of land being subject to and together with any and all easements of record.
