Any proposed change in approved land use densities for the GreenWay Crossing PUD will require an analysis of the downstream sanitary sewer capacity to assure that adequate capacity is available for the proposed change in approved land use densities.
Parcels A, B, C, D, G, and F, will be served by a private sanitary sewer force main. Said private sanitary sewer force main will be owned and maintained by the property owners' association.
The private sanitary sewer lift station will require a DNR permit (approved copy to be provided to the city); will need to be designed by a professional engineer; and be designed, constructed, operated and maintained in accordance with the DNR design standards and permit requirements. Upon completion of the installation, the professional engineer of record will be required to provide certification to the city (attention: case advisor) the lift station was constructed in accordance with the DNR approved construction plans before the approval and release of a final plat of any parcel utilizing said lift station. The lift station must be set back forty feet (40') from the sixty foot (60') ROW line measured from the fence enclosure. (Ord. 2018, 1-13-2014)
