053-10: BUILDING RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, AND COVENANTS:

The developer shall, with the approval of the city council, adopt building restrictions, easements, and covenants pertaining to the property where the developer and the city deem appropriate. (Ord. 1785, 10-22-2007)
